Thank you for shopping at Spring Tangerine! 


What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise, with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of item being delivered.

To complete your return, please email returns@springtangerine.com with your order number and reason for return. 

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE YOU MAIL THE ITEM BACK TO US. We are not responsible for items mailed back without first being approved and cannot guarantee full refund in such events. 

Once approved, please include your invoice and mail it along with the item(s) you wish to return. 

Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. Any product returned outside of the return policy cannot be processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if stock allows.

Please follow directions for a return and we will issue you a store credit to purchase the items you wish to exchange for. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for shipping fees associated with mailing the items back to us.

Please check your sizing and address carefully prior to completing checkout to avoid purchase mistakes.

Sale Items 

Sale item purchases are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Size exchanges are accepted if stock allows.

You can do so before receiving a shipping notification. Email at customercare@springtangerine.com.


Shipping 

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 and more (after discounts, before taxes).

$5 Flat Rate shipping (5-8 business days) is added for orders below $50. 

We also provide an option to purchase Express 2 business days shipping (M-F) for $12 (Orders received by 9am PT, M-F).

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing & packing of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. 

For US standard delivery use your US postal mailing address. For Express shipping use a physical address (no US PO boxes).

Packages to Alaska or Hawaii will take additional transit time.


What if my package gets lost?

We offer the option to add Green Shipping Protection with Corso to your order for 2% of cart value. 

This option provides insurance from theft, damaged packages from carrier mishandling and lost shipments. Also Corso will calculate carbon footprint associated with shipping your order and the cost to offset it. 

You then will receive an email notification from Corso letting you know you have purchased Green Shipping Protection and you can reach out directly to the Corso team with any questions regarding a shipping issue.

In the case of an order issue, you can reach out directly to Corso to have the order replaced. Once you submit your issue, you'll have a resolution in the form of a new item or refund in less than 24 hours.

 However, if you choose to opt from the insurance we are not responsible for the lost or stolen package once it has been placed in the shipping carriers care.
